newsletterToday we launch a new way to keep up to date with environmental news and issues. In addition to the regular news headlines, newsletter subscribers can now also download an extra electronic newsletter. This newsletter, in PDF format, goes beyond just Treevolution’s weekly headlines and looks at issues in a little more detail. We’ve designed it to be both easy to read onscreen and printed out (if you must).

This first issue looks at climate change in the wake of two big conferences, one in Copenhagen where scientists presented the latest research findings, and the other in South Africa, where the government wants to development a climate change policy for the country. There is definitely a new sense of urgency to deal with climate change.

We plan to produce a new issue of the PDF newsletter every month, each will cover a topical theme.  We’re looking for inspirational stories for each of these issues, so if you know of or have a story to tell that will inspire people to live a more Earth-friendly life, please let us know. And even if you don’t have a story, download a copy of the newsletter and let us know what you think. We’d love to hear from you. If you know of someone who might enjoy this newsletter please feel free to pass it on.

We’ve made a high-res and a low-res version available:
